Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be covered by Kansas Appliance.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
